Terms of service (also known as terms of use and terms and conditions, commonly abbreviated as TOS or ToS, ToU or T&C) is our legal agreement between Chosen Logistics & Business Inc, as a service provider and our client(s), whether company or a person who wants to use our service(s). Person's must agree to abide by the terms of service in our company policy including our Privacy Policy, Client Relations Agreement, and all legal documents provided by law in order to use the offered service(s).
Fees paid to Chosen Logistics & Business Inc are non-refundable except as required by North Carolina law.

Refunds for fees paid to Chosen Logistics & Business Inc are non-refundable except as required by North Carolina law.
Pricing Plans do not include any product purchase(s). A product purchase is a separate transaction.
All recurring services and/or subscriptions must remain current and active to avoid cancellation. Service reactivation may require additional fees.
What is our Fulfillment and Shipping Policy?

Due to COVID-19, shipment arrival times may be between 1-3 weeks. Order fulfillments rely on physical and digital outsourcing and may vary in completion times.
